GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Customer Service Excellence:Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the cleaning industry.
Proficiency in Jobber software or equivalent job scheduling software.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Sales aptitude with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strong bookkeeping skills and experience with financial management.
Expertise in estimating costs for cleaning projects.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Friendly, personable, and a team player.
Self-motivated and capable of working.
Ability to create a positive company culture and build strong working relationships.
Able to work on multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Able to work independently with little oversight.
